Rabbits is a secret underground game. You probably never heard of it except in whispers or on the dark web. No one knows who runs the game. In fact, you don't even know you're a player. All you have to do is see or hear the phrase "The Door is Open" to know a new game has begun. If you can find the patterns, uncover the clues, and can open your mind, the game might pick you. Dangers are everywhere. You might lose your life. However, the winner gets his/her heart's desire.
The last two games, something has been amiss. Now entering the 11th round since its conception, players are going missing. Bodies are being found murdered. The lines of reality are being blurred. K has to win the game before our world comes to an end. Or maybe it all is a figment of K's imagination.

Three days later mass graves are being filled, the children miraculously resurrect. Millions of children are suddenly "awake". No vital signs, smell of decay, skin gray, these children are shells of what they used to be. Only one thing brings them back to their former selves: blood. The blood lasts for only so long until more blood is needed to keep the children awake.
One fabulous bloody book. I love the different take on an apocalypse event using children as our downfall. Parents will fight to the end to make sure their child survives, even if that child is not really their child anymore. Recommend!...more

This book will leave an impression on your soul. Highly recommend!...more

Math....this book mathed so hard I was transported back to high school when I cried over equations having letters in them. Math and I have never been friends. At best, we are frenemies. I understand the need to explain some things to us readers, but I don't want to have ponder physics while reading a book. I found myself skimming over those parts because my eyes glazed over. That took the joy out of it for me. I loved the main character. I found him witty and fun. The plot was awesome. It was just having to skim so much over of the book that killed it....more
